Welcome to the Tehnosfera platform. By using this platform you accept the following terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Tehnosfera is a FREE advertising platform that only connects buyers and sellers. We DO NOT sell devices directly, DO NOT guarantee the quality of advertised products and DO NOT mediate in transactions. All transactions are conducted directly between users at their own risk.
General Terms
Tehnosfera is an online platform for advertising used and new tech in Montenegro. The platform allows users to: • Post listings for free • Search other users' listings • Contact sellers directly By using the platform you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
Free Service
Tehnosfera is a completely FREE platform. We do not charge: • Sales commission • Listing fees • Subscription or membership • Any hidden costs We reserve the right to introduce premium options in the future, but basic functionality will always be free.
User Responsibility
As a platform user, you are responsible for: • Accuracy of information in your listings • Authenticity of photos you upload • Legality of devices you sell • Respecting copyright • Proper behavior towards other users Posting false listings, misleading buyers or any fraudulent behavior is prohibited.
Transactions
IMPORTANT: Tehnosfera DOES NOT participate in transactions between users. • All purchases and sales are conducted directly between users • We recommend payment upon pickup • Always check the device before purchase • Do not send money in advance to unknown sellers • Meet in public places Tehnosfera bears no responsibility for failed, fraudulent or disputed transactions.
Limitation of Liability
Tehnosfera IS NOT LIABLE for: • Quality, functionality or authenticity of advertised devices • Damage caused by use of purchased devices • Financial losses due to failed transactions • Injuries during meetings with other users • Theft, fraud or any illegal actions by other users • Technical problems or platform unavailability Use the platform AT YOUR OWN RISK. We recommend caution with every transaction.
Prohibited Activities
The following is strictly prohibited on the platform: • Advertising stolen devices • Posting false or misleading listings • Harassment or threats to other users • Spam or mass messaging • Advertising illegal products or services • Using the platform for money laundering • Any activities that violate Montenegro laws We reserve the right to remove listings and block users who violate these terms.
Disputes
In case of disputes between users: • Tehnosfera is not an arbiter or mediator • We recommend peaceful resolution of disputes • For serious cases contact the authorities • We are not responsible for dispute outcomes All disputes related to platform use are resolved before competent courts in Montenegro, in accordance with Montenegro laws.
